San Diego Rebate Realty is the brain-child of Harry Williams, an experienced real estate broker with extensive experiences in brokering real estate, particularly San Diego County property. After getting his real estate brokers' license, he spent a good number of years with Prudential California Realty as a Broker Associate.

Through his exposure in real estate transactions, Harry observed that more and more homeowners and buyers were taking the initiative to conduct the actual searching and researching of real estate properties. he believed that these customers deserved a new breed of rebate broker firms that would reward customer initiative by offering huge savings through realtor rebates*, and discount listings.
