New construction buyers can avail of a full 1% rebate* on their home purchases just by registering San Diego Rebate Realty as their real estate agent when previewing homes by builders such as Brookfield, Lennar, Shea Homes  and others. All home purchases (Resale Homes & New Construction) with SDRR registered as the buyers agent, and we (SDRR) receive at least 3% of the net Co-Op compensation are qualified to avail of the rebate.
